For companies, embroidered flat visor caps are primarily worthwhile in terms of brand building or for transporting advertising messages. As a rule, the flat visor caps are embroidered or printed and given to partners, employees and potential customers - for example at trade fairs. In addition, embroidered flat visor caps are also very popular with clubs. On the one hand, to show a unified appearance to the outside world, and on the other hand, to create a sense of togetherness internally.
Whether embroidering or printing on a flat visor cap is the better alternative is ultimately decided by two factors: material and logo. The finer and more unusual the logo, the more likely it is that a better result can be achieved with printing on the flat visor cap. If it is a so-called 6-panel cap, a model whose body consists of six parts, printing is not an option. These flat visor caps can only be embroidered. Tip: Experience has shown that the so-called 3D embroidery delivers particularly good results.
Four areas can be embroidered on flat visor caps: the front, both sides and the back. If it is a flat visor cap with a snapback closure, the embroiderable area on the back is limited to the area above the cut-out. Important: For technical reasons, we can only embroider flat visor caps with a distance of 1-2 centimetres above the lower edge.
Of course, you also have the option of having a single cap embroidered. However, as the work involved in setting up the machines is independent of the number of caps to be embroidered, the unit price for just one cap is relatively higher. We offer really good prices for orders of 20 or more.
