Production questions
Can I only order online on the website?
There are several ways to place your order with us. In addition to ordering online via the configurator or order form, you can send us an email at any time during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) to info[at]stick-manufaktur.de. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
How many embroidery or printing colors are possible?
As standard, our textiles can be embroidered or printed with up to eight colors. More colors are also possible on request. For further information, please visit the Embroidery or Printing page.
Are there minimum font sizes?
For embroidery, fonts should be at least 1.5 cm high.
How large can the embroidered area be?
For optimal results and maximum comfort, the embroidered area should be no larger than 20x20 cm. In our standard ordering process, we assume 40 cm2—this is the perfect size for most orders and guarantees excellent value for money.
The logo should be a different color on the final product. What should I do?
Simply let us know the desired color or shape changes to your print data during the ordering process and our design team will implement them.
Do the textile labels feature my logo?
By default, the labels inside the textiles feature the manufacturer's logo. However, custom labels and tags are of course available on request at any time.

How can I check my design?
Ourexperts always check your order for feasibility first. If your wishes can be implemented, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Only then is your order legally binding. In addition, you will receive a photo for approval before the total quantity is produced. This shows the motif on the original textile in the case of embroidery and the exact placement and size of your motif in the case of printing.

Can my goods be delivered faster?
With an express surcharge, you can receive your goods faster. Simply contact us and we will determine the required delivery time for your express order.
