1. Wolle der Angoraziege, It. TKG: „Mohair“ mit und ohne Zusatz „Wolle“. 120 – 300 mm lange, nur wenig gelockte Glanzwollart, die schwer zu walken ist und nicht filzt. Glatte Stoffe in hohem Mohair Anteil im Kammgarnausrüstung sind wenig strapazierfähig, bedürfen guter Pflege und häufigen Bügelns; sie sind sehr schwer zu nähen.
